Who processes it on our behalf
- Zoho — email hosting for hello@falconcreative.co.uk. Correspondence is stored in that mailbox.
- Netlify — website hosting and form handling. Enquiry submissions pass through and are stored in Netlify's form service.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are requested from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

- Client records and correspondence — kept for the duration of the engagement and six years afterwards, in line with accounting requirements.
- Invoices and financial records — six years, as HMRC requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, or object to its use. You can also ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@falconcreative.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first, but you are not obliged to.
